It’s enough to send chills down your spine.
After retaining his ONE Middleweight World Championship in dominant fashion, Aung La N Sang sent an ominous warning to his rivals.
“This is just the beginning,” Aung La N Sang said after disposing of Lebanon’s Mohammad Karaki in the main event of ONE: PURSUIT OF GREATNESS in Myanmar on Friday night.
“I’m going to keep getting better, and I guarantee that I’m going to put on better shows.
“Together, Myanmar, there are 60 million of us. If we unite and if we work together, we can achieve anything.”
Defending his ONE Middleweight World Title, “The Burmese Python” Aung La N Sang proved too strong for the previously unbeaten Karaki, securing victory by technical knockout in the first round.
Aung La N Sang was the aggressor from the opening bell, unloading a barrage of strikes against the challenger, who tried in vain to take the bout to the ground.
Aung La N Sang’s impressive performance earned him the GoDaddy Knockout of the Night.
He improved his record to 7-0 in Yangon, with five finishes.
Aung La N Sang has won his ONE Middleweight and Light Heavyweight World Titles at his home arena and now he has successfully defended the middleweight crown twice in the Thuwunna Indoor Stadium.
